I have zero patience when it comes to socks. I know am not alone because I have heard many moms complain about having to match up socks. So, today I am going to take control over the sock issue. In a couple of hours all my laundry will be done. Any left over socks will be thrown away. Am I terrible? I have soccer socks, basketball socks, baseball socks, Dale's socks, Maddi's socks, etc.... I am tired of looking at my pile of two dozen un-partnered socks. I am sure that if I went digging into everyone's drawers I would find the mate. But, truly, I don't have time. And, I have zero patience. Have I mentioned that?
Okay on to fun stuff. This past weekend we went camping. The kids had an absolute blast! Emily has always been a little dare devil when it comes to riding her quad. Connor, on the other hand, has always been a bit more timid. This trip Connor fell in love with it, and didn't want to get off. We are literally in the middle of no where, so the kids could just play and ride all day long.
Not the best shot, but you get the picture how isolated we were.
Setting up camp
Connor trying to act all cool...
Dale and Emily having a discussion on how amazing Mommy looks without make up and a shower.
Good times.
We have a softball and a baseball game today. Will try and post photos of that in the next couple of days.
IF you are waiting for a craft, it is going to be a week or so. My craft area is getting painted this week and my entire hallway is FILLED with my craft stuff. I have MORE craft stuff than I could ever use in a couple of years. *sigh*
Hope you have an awesome day!
Can't wait until it warms up here in Idaho so we can go camping. Looks like you had a blast! It's amazing how tall your kids are getting so fast. Connor is so tall. Love and miss you:)
